ApplyDescriptionHartung Glass Industries is hiring a Driver at our Salt Lake City, Utah plant starting at $18-$20 per hour.
As a Glass Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting glass products to various locations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
You will handle fragile materials with care, maintain a professional demeanor with customers, and adhere to all safety regulations.
RequirementsIn addition to driving, this position will be labor intensive, you will load, unload, rack and sorting glass products on a daily basis.
Maintain a valid UT driver's license* Have a current DOT Medical card* Maintain an acceptable MVR* Meet scheduling requirements as outlined* Pre & post trip vehicle inspections* Maintain vehicle mileage log (electronic and paper)* Complete paperwork correctly (shippers / return slips)* Check and secure loads* Accurately track delivery and pick-up of A-racks and slot racks* Log in patterns and returned items* Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery* Able to pass DOT regulated drug / alcohol screen* Adhere to all DOT guidelines* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds* Ability to provide stellar customer service and resolve issues as needed* Great attendance and work ethic* Other duties as assignedWhat Hartung Offers* $1000 to $1500 Employee Referral Bonus* Comprehensive and low-cost benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits programs, identity theft protection, and more!* 401k with company match* Paid time off (Vacation and Holidays)* Quarterly Bonus* Company growth opportunities* Boot reimbursement* Annual / Performance pay raises and much more!Why Hartung?
