Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Texas. As a Special Education Teacher, you will work with students who have a range of learning, emotional, and physical disabilities, ensuring they receive the support and education they need to thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
• Assess students abilities and create appropriate educational plans.
• Provide differentiated instruction based on students needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Monitor and track students progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and behavior.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred).
• Valid Texas teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
