Role Overview :

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join one of our clients' legal team. This role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements across various departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.

This role is hybrid 2-3 days in South San Francisco. This will start as a 6months contract on W2.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including Clinical Trial Agreements, Sponsored Research Agreements, and Master Services Agreements, while managing the contract lifecycle from intake to execution.
  • Support the Clinical Trial Operations team with clinical site contracts (domestic and international) and related documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the legal team.

Skills and Experience :

  • 5-7 years of experience in contract management or paralegal work, preferably in the life sciences sector, with expertise in a broad range of agreements.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused, with a demonstrated ability to manage complexity and shifting priorities.
