LOCATION : Willow Tree Care Center Grand Junction, CO
POSITION : LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
PAY : - $ 25.00 to $31.67 DOE
Sign On Bonus : $5,000 (paid out in equal amounts quarterly over 12 months, full-time positions only )
SHIFTS AVAILABLE : Full-time and PRN

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
- Ensure that patients take their medication
- Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
- Liaise with patients' families
REQUIREMENTS :
- Completed LPN license program
- Computer skills
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- A love for seniors
