As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in project delivery by providing guidance and direction to a project management team while ensuring the contract documents are executed correctly in the field.
Role Description
- Developing project schedule
- Coordinate trades in the field
- Assist in writing scope
- Ensure compliance with municipality regarding construction codes and inspections
- Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors
Minimum Requirements
- 8 years of industry experience
