Electrical Foreman
Job Description : My client is seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman with a strong background in the multifamily sector to lead our electrical teams.
The successful candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various multifamily dwellings.

Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and execute electrical projects in multifamily residential buildings
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and other construction professionals, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with other construction team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect electrical systems and plan maintenance routines to ensure longevity and compliance with national and local codes
- Handle the documentation necessary for electrical projects, including compliance with all safety and building regulations
- Train and mentor junior electricians and team members, promoting continuous improvement and learning within the team
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, specifically in the multifamily sector
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and construction documents
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams in a construction environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standard
