This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform and user experiences.

We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to help with our Ads initiatives.

What you'll do :

  • Own and drive the vision and product for user facing ad products for SMBs as well as large customers, through critical thinking, emerging trends, and market analysis.
  • Build an end to end roadmap, in collaboration with your cross-functional partners to define a robust roadmap.
  • Drive full-cycle product development with a team of cross-functional groups across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales
  • Set OKRs to rally the team and drive cross-functional execution in an efficient manner
  • Lead data driven decision making through extraction of deep insights and rapid experimentation
  • Be an execution focused leader

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

  • Proven experience of building advertising products driving $xBN plus in revenue
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of building Advertiser facing surfaces as well as foundational knowledge of the ads marketplace, including pacing, targeting, bidding, and auction mechanisms
  • Extremely comfortable managing upwards with Executive-level leadership
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques and data visualization platforms, such as SQL, Tableau, Data Studio, Looker

Minimum Qualifications :

  • BS / BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of PM leadership or equivalent experience in the ads space

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :

The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.

Zone B :

The base salary range for this position is $211,000-$316,000 annually.

Zone C :

The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
