Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description : Project coordination for special non-profit auctions. Manage the collection and organization of auction donations and the collections of funds and distribution of sold auction items after the completion of the auction.
Manage the front desk operation, greeting guests and handling incoming calls.
Requirements :
- Must have 2 years experience in project coordination
- Data Entry skills
- Excel, Word and Outlook experience
- A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity
- Enjoy working with people and providing world class customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- No visible tattoos or piercings
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Sense of urgency must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
