Where We Need You
Protiviti is looking for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect Senior Manager to join our growing Salesforce team.
What You Can Expect
As a Senior Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to identify and manage risk. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.
You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

As a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Architect, you will lead functional workshops. Demonstrate leadership skills in solution designing, delivering, testing, and deploying in Agile methodology.
You provide expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques.
You lead the architecture and design of sophisticated Salesforce projects for clients within the Financial Services Industry
You advise customers on the overall enterprise architecture, where Salesforce fits in and assist in developing overall architectural strategy involving numerous other systems and data sources.
You conduct in-depth analysis of requirements and assess the feasibility of various solutions.
You develop roadmaps and provide strategic guidance to clients to ensure alignment between business objectives and solutions.
You serve as a trusted advisor to the client driving conversations with their admins, architects and business stakeholders that shape the business process, architectural vision, and establish a program architectural roadmap.
You manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to sophisticated problems with both the customer and third-party partners.
You build out sophisticated business processes using native Salesforce Industries technology and the toolkit of the Salesforce platform and integration tools.
You anticipate, identify, highlight architectural risks associated with projects to Salesforce and the customer. Manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner and contribute to seeing an issue through to completion.
You provide architectural mentorship and support to project teams, including developers, administrators, and partners.
You create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.
You have interest in contributing to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
You excel at identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities.
You have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Experience leading multiple FSC implementations
Proven experience (5+ years) of relevant consulting experience in professional services, designing technology solutions.
Extensive experience in handling complex, multi-platform, client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the context of systems development and related business consulting.
Extensive experience with Cloud and cloud-based technologies (not limited to Salesforce platform but ideally Financial Services Cloud)
Demonstrated experience with data architecture.
Extensive experience in System-to-System integration, distributed architectures, event driven architecture using common ESB platforms like MuleSoft.
Expertise in one or multiple domains of Banking (retail, commercial, investment, mortgage lending and servicing), Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management.
Strong background in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management / Integration Security, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, and Apex Design Patterns
Proficiency in Salesforce / Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others).
Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
Ability to translate and communicate Salesforce FSC issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree).
7+ years working in a related field; preferably in professional services and / or industry
Experience working for a technology consulting firm or software product company is strongly preferred
5+ years of experience with Financial Services Industry
Professional Certification such Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, and FSC, Application Architect) similar strongly preferred
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment.
The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location.
Below is the salary range for this job.
$139,000.00 - $223,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and / or discretionary stock compensation opportunities.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$158,460.00 - $254,220.00

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions.
We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service.
New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
