About The Role

We are looking to expand our current Product team of 5, and searching for a seasoned (Senior / Principal) Product Manager to lead the product area tailored for the user type we call Professionals , who are individuals who participate in our client’s research projects, specifically surveys and interviews.

This Is a Pretty Exciting Role Because Of Its

  • Large scope. You will own the end-to-end experience and business outcomes related to the Professionals user type. You’d own growth, monetization, retention, and engagement.
  • Diversity of product problem-solving. Your roadmap could include creating new UXes, adding new functionality to our proprietary AI-driven Professionals platform, improving search performance, and a host of other product problem statements.
  • Ability to make a huge impact on our core business. Professionals are critical to delivering our mission of empowering clients with the best B2B insights.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will drive a comprehensive product strategy tailored specifically for Professionals engaged in our Client’s research activities, such as surveys and interviews.
  • You will keep your pulse on the external environment that affects your product area by analyzing industry trends, evaluating new tech opportunities, and assessing risks and challenges within the professional research landscape.
  • You will deeply understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of Professionals through various research methodologies and translate your insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • You will plan the roadmap by collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and other teams to prioritize features and functionalities.
  • You will lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed expectations.
  • You will optimize the Professionals’ user experience (UX) by closely partnering with Design to make enhancements and improve usability.
  • You will utilize data for your decision making and leverage this data-driven approach and user feedback to make product decisions.
  • You will build relationships with your key stakeholders across functions, effectively communicating product vision and strategy.

  • You are deeply empathetic towards user needs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • You have over 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in product management.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study; MBA preferred.
