Desired Qualifications :
- Must be native in the target language.
- Must be bi-cultural in addition to being bilingual.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in providing consecutive and simultaneous interpretation
- Able to communicate properly and efficiently with second / third parties.
- Able to offer accurate and complete rendition of dialogues in both English and the target language
Preferred Candidates will possess :
- Degree in interpreting or translation
- Knowledge in technical domains such as mining, geology, geophysics, and environmental engineering
- Certifications for interpretation (CCHI, NBCMI, Court Certification, ATA Certification, ALTA, RID, etc.)
