Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Junior Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our disaster recovery and emergency management operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and its opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Passion for disaster recovery and emergency management is highly desirable.
