Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and precise package delivery and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities :
- Receive, sort, and process incoming packages promptly
- Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Track and monitor package deliveries to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist customers with package tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Maintain precise records of package deliveries and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines
