The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for assisting HVAC / REF Technicians in maintaining and repairing all existing air, heating and refrigeration equipment including exhaust fans and evaporative equipment for the property.
Qualifications :
Three or more years of experience in basic electrical, air conditioning and troubleshooting required.
A high school diploma, GED equivalent, or trade school required.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
Ability to be organized, flexible and to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
