Job Title : Collections Rep
Pay : $19.00 / hourly
Location : Tempe, AZ Hybrid flexibility after 2 months
Schedule : 6 : 00am - 10 : 00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)
2 years of Collections experience REQUIRED - must be demonstrated on RESUME*
Job Description :
Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well.
Duties :
- Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus
- Best in class customer interactions with results!
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency
- Negotiate account resolutions
- Maintain company performance and productivity standards
- Perform skip tracing as needed
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Ideal Candidate :
- 2 years+ of Collections experience - REQUIRED -Must be demonstrated on Resume
- Genuine passion for exceed goals
- Eager to make extra $$ in OT
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
