Our client, a family-owned Midwestern grocery retailer that strives to better the lives of people in all communities, is seeking a UX Strategist.Location :
Must live within the 6 State footprint (MI, OH, IN, KY, IL, and WI)
This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extendEquipment will be provided. Job Summary :
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced UX Strategist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a knack for translating complex problems into actionable strategies.
- Will work closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs, improve product usability, and align UX strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research to gather insights and identify user needs.
- Develop and articulate UX strategies that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-friendly solutions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to guide design processes.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform ongoing improvements.
- Advocate for best practices in UX design and usability across the organization.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX strategy or related roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX projects and methodologies.
- Proficiency in UX research techniques and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
