Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and review prior authorization requests in compliance with regulatory requirementsProvide pharmacy-related customer service to internal and external partiesSupport new clinical program implementation and serve as a liaison for pharmacy benefit interpretationQualificationsMinimum of a High School diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree preferredTwo or more years of experience in a professional or pharmacy settingPrevious experience in a managed care environment preferredPrior customer service experience preferred
