SIGN ON BONUS- $5,000

POSITION SUMMARY : To provide leadership, individual family and group counseling in therapeutic setting designed to serve young adults through geriatric aged people with mental illness to facilitate recovery and achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence in one or more program(s).

NON-LICENSED CLINICAN

Compensation : $64,000-$70,000 Per Yr.

SIGN ON BONUS- $2,000

POSITION SUMMARY : To provide leadership, individual family and group counseling in therapeutic setting designed to serve young adults through geriatric aged people with mental illness to facilitate recovery and achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence in one or more program(s).

RECOVERY SUPPORT WORKER

Compensation : $17-$20 Per Hr.

SIGN ON BONUS- $2,000

POSITION SUMMARY : Serves as a member of the Integrated Team / GLE / IGLE in building relationships with Individuals and develop shared understandings of the Individuals’ goals and the steps necessary to achieve the goals.

Delivers interventions identified on the Treatment Plan.

RECOVERY ADVOCATE

Compensation : $20-$23 Per Hr.

SIGN ON BONUS- $2000

POSITION SUMMARY : Serves as a member of the Integrated Team / GLE / IGLE responsible for providing young adult to geriatric individuals with person centered, strength-based, time-limited therapeutic supports and clinical interventions that focus on each individual’s recovery.

Provide assessment of needs, intensive clinical interventions and recovery tools, in a therapeutic setting or supporting individuals living independently in the community to promote stability.

RECOVERY COACH

Compensation : $18-$21 Per Hr.

SIGN ON BONUS- $2,000

POSITION SUMMARY : The Recovery Coach serves as a member of the Integrated Team and the primary role is to engage individuals, and where applicable family members- in non-directive and supportive relationships that promote empowerment and recovery from addictions.

SITE COORDINATOR

Compensation : $21-$24 Per Hr.

Compensation : $52,000-$60,000 Per Yr.

CERTIFIED PEER SPECIALIST

Compensation : $18-$21 Per Hr.

POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for providing support services to young adult through geriatric consumers with severe and persistent mental illness through the various stages of Recovery.

HOUSE SPECIALIST

Compensation : $21-$24 Per Hr.

POSITION SUMMARY : Team Leader

Team Leader

Compensation : $74,000-$80,000 Per Yr.

POSITION SUMMARY : Assumes overall responsibility for leadership, vision, direction and daily supervision of Program designed to serve young adults through geriatric clients with chronic mental illness.

Ensure implementation of responsible clinical and management practice congruent with Agency mission which result in a high quality service to clients and sound fiscal management.

Assistant Team Lead

Compensation : $72,000-$76,000 Per Yr.

POSITION SUMMARY : Assists all activities related to Team operations and communicates vision and leadership to team and region.

Works with Team Leader to create positive and organized climate within which optimum clinical services thrive. Develops systems, processes, and plans to enable team cohesion and effective clinical services.

REGISTERED NURSE

POSITION SUMMARY : As a member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team (IDT), the Registered Nurse (RN) performs physical assessments and completes health histories;

monitors the physical and psychological health of the client; interprets patient information; and makes critical decisions about needed actions.

This nurse collaborates with the physician and other healthcare providers and educates clients, families, and staff. CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT COMPENSATION : $18-$21 / hour

SIGN ON BONUS

Shifts Available : Sunday - Thursday 3-11 or Tuesday-Saturday 3-11

POSITION SUMMARY : The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) assists individuals with personal care activities, nutritional needs, and restorative function.

CNAs will perform assigned medical and daily living skills tasks, provide individual transportation, and assist with leisure activities.

Emphasis will be placed on active treatment goals and achievement of the highest level of function for the individual. CNAs are responsible for adherence to clinical standards of care and organizational policies and procedures.

Elwyn has acquired Fellowship Health Resources to form Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services to provide behavioral health services to improve the quality of life for individuals living with mental illness and addictions
