We are locally owned and looking for Team Members to help us grow.

Job Description : Our accounting department is growing to include a new position. One of the primary duties you will have is as a billing specialist for our residential new construction department.

As such, you ensure that our projects are billed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the project management and accounting teams to maintain organized records and facilitate billing.

You will also assist the accounting team with Accounts Receivable and Payable posting as needed. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Prepare and verify billing information, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. We will be migrating to Service Titan later this year.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of projects, including contracts, change orders, and invoices : track and transfer equipment and file rebate paperwork.
• Act as a liaison between project managers, accounting, and clients to resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Assist with additional / overflow tasks as needed

Requirements : Qualifications :

Qualifications :

• A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
