Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team!

Our company is in house, so there is consistency with pay. We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join its in house team of therapeutic professionals.
This is a critical role within our company, working hand-in-hand with resident occupational therapists and physical therapist to assess and treat clients, developing innovative care plans to best serve existing and emergent conditions.
The rehab team is a full-service provider of rehabilitation therapy and management services in skilled and long-term treatments.
Highly skilled and experienced physical, occupational, and speech therapist work together to ensure that patients return to the highest possible level of function.
Our mission is (our rehabilitation team) is to promote health and wellness for residents. They provide preventative and restorative health services to improve the quality of life of all they serve.

This position directly oversees all aspects of speech and language pathology, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation and ongoing review, so strong professional competency is essential.
Day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Screening new clients / residents, evaluating and interpreting data and determining relevant treatment plans
- Setting integrated goals in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members, then documenting progress and successes
- Reevaluating care plans based on new and emergent conditions, as well as resident progress
- Responding to individualized requests and making referrals, as needed
- Developing in-home therapies and training family or caregivers, as needed
- Overseeing SLP assistants and serving as a Clinical Instructor for affiliates / students
Because of our multidisciplinary approach, all candidates must be able to thrive in team environments. An active state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence from an American Speech Language / Hearing Association-approved institution.
Education and Qualifications :
- Valid state license in SLP
- Masters Degree preferred
- Long Term Care experience
