Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the recruitment and development of the service team
• Ensure delivery of company goals and performance metrics
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Oversee dispatcher onboarding and support field operations
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews with operations management
• Share and review company reports with your team
• Act as an escalation point for callbacks and troubleshooting
• Promote Jet Industries’ image, reputation, and standards
• Manage customer relationships and ensure efficient service schedules
• Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and manage operational efficiency
• Provide leadership for dispatchers and technicians, ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures
• Manage division budgets, labor, and material costs

What We’re Looking For :

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with Oregon (General Journeyman License) or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in electrical service management
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus
• Driven to meet and exceed weekly and monthly business goals
• Willingness to continuously grow and develop technical skills
• Valid Oregon or Washington Driver’s License with a clean driving record
