Marketing Coordinator Overview :
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and collateral. This role requires multitasking, self-reliance, adaptability, and a professional, supportive demeanor.
Responsibilities :
- Aid in creating renderings, floorplans, and brochures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and assess marketing strategies for communities and homes.
- Manage online content, including Lennar.com.
- Maintain inventory of sales and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate vendor invoices and payments.
- Organize sales and marketing meetings and events.
- Support the sales team by ordering marketing collateral.
- Coordinate community openings, events, and trade shows.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
- 1 year of homebuilding industry experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and SEM.
- Experience in content creation and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage confrontational situations, and accept feedback.
- Physical ability to occasionally lift and move office materials, work outdoors, and operate a motor vehicle.
