We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Manager for Maintenance and Engineering. As the Manager for Maintenance and Engineering, your responsibilities will include ensuring equipment reliability, improving processes, implementing automation and controls, developing employee workforce, and managing equipment upgrades and design.
The Director of Engineering will be your superior in this role.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Having an MBA or Master of Engineering Management is an advantage.
- Possess 10-15 years of progressive and diversified experience in "Engineering and Maintenance Management", with at least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Have a strong background in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, maintenance programs, equipment installation, and automation.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of teamwork, leadership, adaptability, coaching, and initiative-taking.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID, construction drawings, and other related work documents.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance program management, GMPs, and SOPs
- Previous experience in maintenance management is a plus
- Prior experience with Project Management and Tracking software / tools
- Experience in installing new lines / equipment and / or starting up a new plant is an advantage
- Must have experience with high-speed packaging equipment.
- Aseptic experience is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and previous experience in P&L and budget management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must possess visual acuity for documenting company records
