By inputting data through the website, customers can instantly receive quotes, proposals, and follow-ups through the software, enabling Sales Application Engineers to dedicate their efforts to identifying the most suitable product for each customer.

The software has the ability to produce quotes and proposals within fifteen minutes from the time the customer provides their information.

No travel is involved in this position. The primary duties and responsibilities encompass the following : Duties and Responsibilities :

• Allocate 30% of working hours for phone conversations (approximately twenty to twenty-five calls daily)
• Apply engineering expertise to address company products technically
• Investigate and analyze customer needs
• Solve customer issues and concerns
• Work collaboratively throughout the sales process
• Analyze and propose suitable alternatives to company sales professionals
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual platforms

Prior experience in heat transfer would be beneficial. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and background :
