Come join our team of dedicated professionals as a Behavior Specialist. Under the supervision of the Special Education Teacher and Behavior Analyst, you will work together to apply the power of behavior analysis to improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities or other educational needs.

MBS has over 25 years of Applied Behavioral Analytics expertise. Our approach blends highly customized instructional strategies with extensive experience in educating people with autism.

In this role you are required-

  • To physically care for younger children up to 6 years old with or without assistance of one or additional designated persons.
  • The job duties require an employee to routinely and safely demonstrate heavy to very heavy physical demands associated with hand on efforts when physically managing students, under routine, emergency, and or aggressive behavior management scenarios.
  • When implementing emergency procedures (PMT), must perform maneuvers and actions associated with managing students independently or as part of an orchestrated team effort.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Required to follow all safety procedures and requirements.
  • This position requires in-person, on-site attendance.
  • Thorough background checks are conducted.

We’d love to hear from you if-

  • You have experience in the implementation of behavioral assessment / treatment programs with a developmentally disabled population.
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent. An Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is preferred.
  • A basic knowledge of computer systems and applicable software proficiency with e-mail communication
