• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers for various products and services.Support negotiation of contracts and development of RFx's (RFI’s and RFP)Create presentations that summarize the results of the RFx process and the sourcing strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategiesParticipate in supplier selection and evaluation processes, including supplier visits, reference checks, and supplier auditsContinuously improve sourcing processes and procedures to drive cost savings and increase efficiencyProvide regular reports and updates to management on sourcing activities, including savings achieved and supplier performanceProject management, communication with stakeholders, establishing timelines with stakeholders and vendors, ensure projects are delivered on time.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersStrong negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Sourcing systems such as Ariba and Jaggaer and ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.

At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is starting from $55,000.00.
