Overview

Are you an experienced software developer with a passion for mentoring and leading a team? Join us as an Engineering Manager and help shape our team's growth and culture.

You will focus on mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, pair programming, and resolving blockers to ensure everyone can do their best work.

Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new hires, conducting interviews, and developing best practices to create a world-class team.

Responsibilities

  • Mentorship : Guide junior engineers through one-on-ones and pairing sessions, providing support and development opportunities.
  • Problem Solving : Resolve technical and personal issues that impede team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Code Reviews : Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to help engineers improve their skills.
  • Technical Interviews : Conduct and evaluate numerous technical interviews to identify and hire top talent.
  • Onboarding : Improve the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcome, included, and ready to contribute.
  • Team Development : Spend time with team members to help them identify priorities, focus on important tasks, and grow their skills.
