Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and estimate the financial impact of risks affecting the businessManage insurance policies, claims, and ensure compliance with contractual insurance requirementsDevelop and implement risk mitigation policies and procedures across the companyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or risk management, or equivalent experience of over 5 years in a similar roleMinimum of 4 years of experience in insurance and risk management positionsStrong knowledge of insurance practices and experience with ERM programsExperience in procuring insurance and managing claims with carriersFormal risk management training is preferred
