Job Description
Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong work ethic and professional and friendly demeanor for its Kansas City, Missouri office.
Qualified candidates should have at least five years of legal experience in civil litigation. Knowledge of e-filing in state and federal courts and familiarity with court rules is necessary.
- Seasoned paralegal - 5-10 years of experience, preferably in general litigation
- Areas of law : Municipality, Litigation, Wills, Estate Planning, and Family Law
- Duties : Legal Research, Discovery, review medical records, summarize depositions, draft discovery, motions, and orders, etc.
- Soft Skills : team player; adaptability, medium-paced environment
- Software : Worldox, Coyote - not required
Compensation : depends on experience - between $60K to $75K
