Sparks Group is searching for a client facing professional to manage front desk and customer service responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Answer phones, direct calls, greet visitors
- Assist with order processing for Parts department
- Contacting customers to follow up with orders
- Provide information to customers and sales personnel regarding parts pricing, shipments, stock status or other general inquiries
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Proficiency
- Attention to detail, high level communication skills with internal and external customers
This job is In-Person.
