We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in office and commercial tenant improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience working with a general contractor on construction projects. This role demands a proactive leader with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Description

  • Lead and manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, resolving them promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, enhancing their overall project experience.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, specifically focusing on office and commercial tenant improvement projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to tenant improvements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
