Job Description :
Genesis Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Travel / Local LPN to join our dynamic team across various locations in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assess patients' health status through observation, interviews, and medical history.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and provide education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Shifts :
12 / 8-hours shifts available.
Guaranteed Hours :
32 / 36 hours per week.
Pay Range :
- $34 / hr Local
- $50 / hr Travel
Overtime :
Overtime rate of 1.5x W2 rate after 40 hours.
Qualifications :
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations.
