Interim Director of Quality Management Days Needed in Kentucky
The Position
- An Interim Director of Quality Management is needed to lead the Quality Management operations for a hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
- This role will report directly to the administrative team and work closely with department managers, medical staff, and the Governing Body.
- The position is responsible for planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital, providing education, facilitating performance improvement activities, and overseeing regulatory body surveys.
- The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about current regulations, possess strong organizational skills, and have a collaborative approach to performance improvement and risk management.
- Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active RN license required.
- Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred.
- Must have three years of recent Director of Quality Management or Risk Management experience in a hospital setting.

Pay Details
- Pay Range : $100,000 -$110,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
