This is a hybrid poristion to an Armanino office.

Job Responsibilities

Facilitate and perform live classroom, online classes, webinars, and other learning events.

Design and prepare learning materials, including requisite decks, reference guides, and handouts as a part of the class design and deliverables.

Develop innovative coursework, employ effective teaching methods, and create education solutions to achieve best possible learning outcomes.

Ensure the quality and consistency of training content throughout the content life cycle.

Develop and maintain learning library structure and content, including videos, learning guides, scenario procedure documents, job aids, and FAQs

Plan, organize, and direct classes into course curriculum designed to fit specific client need.

Conduct training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflows, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks.

Designs custom education programs by identifying and describing information needs and determining knowledge gaps; proposing best fit classes and education services to meet the need.

Assess client users’ progress toward learning goal attainment; Record attendance and engagement in classes, developing testing and certification program methods, and best fit validation methods to confirm learner skill competency and knowledge gain achievement.

Prepare assessment report cards and administer assessment exams to client learners.

Coordinate and organize learning plans, training schedules and training deployment plans.

Analyze learning needs and develop appropriate custom training materials, job aids, and reference guides.

Oversee quality of training delivery and support team members through scope execution.

Mentor and teach training best practices.

Collaborate with delivery resources and technical experts to design, develop, enhance, and update training materials and content.

Manage and maintain new content build plan for assigned service lines.

Collaborate with project leadership, change management team, and delivery team to ensure effective planning and delivery of education programs.

Develop, maintain and support organizational process and administrative tasks.

Maintain reports and systems to track education program project progress and success.

Communicate project status with project leadership and stakeholders, timely escalation of issues and risks.

Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications; achieving and maintaining software certification.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Technical or Education major, or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in software implementation or technical training with supported software solution : D365 FSC, D365 CE, D365 BC,

Experience presenting technical information in a clear and concise manner

Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Experience working with virtual training platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Preferred Requirements

3 years technical writing experience, user training design experience is a plus

Experience working with training content development tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position : $90,000 - $140,000+ generous bonus package.

Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
