Hiring : Front of House Manager
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
Location : Dallas, TX
In the role, your responsibilities encompass welcoming guests, cultivating a personalized experience by learning their names, overseeing market flow, and effectively managing team dynamics.
Your focus is on inspiring team members to cultivate a sense of pride and passion for delivering exceptional food, service, and maintaining high standards.
This involves actively engaging in training, development, and promotion initiatives, with regular performance assessments.
You will be instrumental in implementing training programs aimed at enhancing the overall market experience, guest care, and profitability.
Maintaining brand integrity is crucial, and you'll actively contribute to building and sustaining a complimentary market perspective.
This extends to upholding merchandising standards, monitoring inventory levels, managing cash handling, and overseeing opening / closing office procedures as dictated by your shift.
Additionally, your role involves the careful management of equipment and the interior / exterior of the market as necessary.
Required :
- 4+ years restaurant management experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions.
- Results-oriented. Able to set the vision and see the big picture.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- Possess strong leadership skills. Able to build a team to reach desired goals.
