Developing and executing the company’s business strategiesProviding strategic advice to the board and chairpersonPreparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievementDevelop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholdersProvide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s futurePrepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activitiesEnsure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all timesCommunicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authoritiesDelegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performanceRead all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problemsAct as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profileAnalyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growthWhat you’ll be doing : Financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, which includes : Data gathering, manipulation, and analysisBuilding agendas and discussion points for meetings with client and / or target companiesIdentifying key accounting issues and deal risks including the identification, calculation, and documentation of quality of earnings and net working capital adjustmentsCommunicating and interacting with both internal and external leaders on a daily basisLeading management meetingsPreparing and reviewing deliverablesCoaching and development of less experienced team membersParticipating in firm initiatives and recruiting effortsTo be a good fit for our MD role you will have : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required (advanced degree is a plus)CPA designation requiredExperience in Big 4 / public accounting performing audits and related services for a diverse client base, and at least 7-8+ years of transaction services / due diligence experienceExperience identifying, calculating, and documenting adjustments related to EBITDA and net working capitalExcellent writing and communication skillsExperience leading meetings with various members of management (both clients and target companies)Microsoft Office proficiency with a focus on strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsThe ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrentlyAttitude.
