Salt Lake City Based Position :
Hybrid Work Schedule-Monday thru Wednesday in office, Thursday & Friday remote option.
The systems analyst - client liaison is a key player, working with our most strategic clients. The successful candidate will report to the Strategic Account Solution team and will work directly with Clients and internal teams to represent Client technical development priorities, client needs and requirements, track and provide status updates of development & technical service requests and be the SME when speaking with Client tech teams.
Sharing information with the client support team members to ensure understanding of the updates and how to effectively communicate them will also be important.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Understand signature client specific objectives, requirements, and technical needs. Foster changes designed to support our largest accounts.
- Coordinate with Clients and internal partners to gain an understanding of technical needs. Help align technical needs with overall product and client desired outcomes.
- Be the technical SME while participating in Client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (corporate project team, process support, and CS leadership) to appropriately prioritize client technical requirements.
- Develop applicable supporting documentation for Clients. Examples : workflow diagrams, supporting technical documentation, usage instructions.
- Plan for and mitigate risk, anticipate potential questions, and explore comprehensive / workable solutions.
- Leverage jira to manage all client technical development needs related to enhancement and defect management. Develop tracking system to ensure effective status and communications.
- Follow up with necessary internal teams (tech program managers, development engineers, CPT, QA, etc.) to ensure accurate status updates.
- Foster adoption of a logical design way of working (People, Process, Technology).
- Utilize data and existing tools to inform necessary changes.
- Establish relationships based on respect and trust.
- Successfully introduce and facilitate transition of newly revised processes to affected teams.
- Communicate appropriately when enhancements and ideas will not have further consideration understanding not everything can be completed as requested.
- Respect competing priorities and manage communication appropriately.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
Preferred IT Project Management or scrum master experience preferred and / or experience or education in information systems of a related technical field.
