Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 to $135,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

- Utilize Amazon Connect and AWS Connect to optimize project workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Implement AWS solutions to support project requirements and drive innovation.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a productive work environment.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Amazon Connect and AWS Connect.
- Demonstrate expertise in AWS to support project needs.
- Have experience in the Cards and Payments domain which is a valuable asset.
- Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Show strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Display effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be adept at risk management and problem-solving.
- Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
