Pay Range : $50,000-$71,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) :

  • Serve as subject matter expert for all TSI properties, experiences, and feature / functionality.
  • Participate in ideation and discovery sessions with internal and external partners.
  • Help lead internal and external prioritization meetings and document their outcomes, ensuring the internal team works toward greater efficiency and use of resources over time.
  • Report out to the broader team about dev resource allocation, project status, resource management and more.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity to improve / enhance TSI digital experiences to drive greater customer satisfaction and sales throughout.
  • Develop tactics that enhance customer experience leveraging customer feedback, online trends, benchmarking, click / usage data and tech advancements.
  • Conduct Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Define and refine web strategy across all focus areas, looking for continuous improvement of the client experience, by challenging the utility, the usability, and the interpretability of the present content and functionalities.
  • Continuously drives new opportunities that enrich digital connectedness to consumers and retailers for assigned digital products / properties.
  • Works with user experience and technology partners / teams to envision products that are usable and can be socialized and concept-tested with audience members.
  • Develops and socializes product vision, strategy, roadmap and key initiatives with stakeholders and teams.
  • Partner with internal marketing partners (product, business, asset management, retail) to create interest and drive traffic to digital touch points.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to plan for and develop the presentation / presence of digital experiences.
  • Perform competitive site benchmarking on digital content, breadth, organization and presentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant work experience including retail merchandising, eCommerce or CPG brand management; ideally experience in a lean-team, fast growth, entrepreneurial environment.
