As a Lead Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional service. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work closely with spa leadership to drive the success of our massage department.

What you'll do :

• Partner with Spa Leaders to drive the massage business and overall program success
• Achieve department sales and performance objectives through coaching and assessment of the team
• Support retention and recruitment of Massage Therapists
• Conduct standardized training for Massage Therapists
• Foster the development and professional growth of Massage Therapists
• Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and spa standards
• Demonstrate and uphold World Class Client Experience (WCCE) standards
• Collaborate with Spa Managers to address product and service issues
• Attend training and coaching programs for professional development
• Host department meetings and support the interview process for new candidates

What we're looking for :

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Goal-oriented mentality with a drive to succeed
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
• Detail-oriented with a focus on client experience and spa standards
• Trustworthy, honest, and committed to professionalism
• Must meet licensing and insurance requirements for massage therapy
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
