Compensation : $16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Participate in various landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, weeding, and installation tasks
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and attention to detail
- Follow established safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications :
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Experience in the landscaping field is a plus but not required
