The Property Manager is responsible for the day to day organization, supervision, and management of the operations of the Academy.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Academy.
Assist with managing the maintenance department, including assignment of tasks and schedules.
Manage relationship with vendors including building maintenance and construction.
Communicate with all operational departments including transportation, accommodations, food & beverage, grounds, campus safety, warehouse, systems admin, audio and visual, health and safety and hospitality
Coordination of emergency procedures, work closely with the campus safety department.
Coordinate with the events department that all operational needs are met to run events efficiently.
Resolve customer and public complaints
Assist with facilitating mandatory inspections
Perform building and property inspections
Maintain records, reports and files including state licenses and permits
Patrol campus on foot or by golf cart
Oversee the physical plant of the Academy.
Review and develop policies and procedures to make the facilities function more effectively and efficiently.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Business Administration or Sports Management preferred.
5+ years of property management or related experience
Strong customer service skills and experience
Experience with computers including MS Office
Ability to enforce Academy rules, policies and regulations
Strong analytical, written and communication skills
Flexibility / adaptability to accommodate a wide variety of frequent tasks requiring multiple skills.
Ability to write detailed reports as well as good verbal communication
Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
Preferred Skills
Bilingual
