Litigation Paralegal
Location : Century City, Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range : $70,000 - $105,000 per year
Job Type : Full-time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
LHH is working with a dynamic law firm located in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in commercial and business litigation. We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days onsite, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Correspondence and Legal Document Drafting : Produce routine correspondence and legal documents with precision, emphasizing a meticulous approach.
- Record Administration : Efficiently gather, organize, and meticulously review legal records.
- Discovery and Trial Support : Aid in all facets of discovery, encompassing document production, responses to discovery requests, and trial preparation.
- File Oversight : Oversee commercial litigation files from intake to settlement, ensuring proper organization and compliance with deadlines.
- Communication Proficiency : Excellent written and oral communication skills when engaging with clients, colleagues, and external entities.
- Multi-Tasking Prowess : High-paced environment and effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with eDiscovery software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
