Business Relationship Manager-BFS : General Banking

Relationship management - Manage customer relationships and act as the single point of contact for the account
- Develop business and achieve revenue targets
- Build and progress opportunities pipeline
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.
- Work in close collaboration with presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
Be responsible for the over health of the account.
Qualifications :
- 3+ Years of Experience in managing customer relationships
- 8+ Years of experience in Information Technology Industry
- Experience and good understanding of Banking and Capital Markets
- Experience with business development planning, business development, and account growth
- Led and supported activities such as customer engagement, proposal presentation, solution development for IT enterprise applications
- Thorough command of English, both written and spoken.
