Heavy Data Entry
Process Purchase orders with authorizations signatures.
Organizes all purchase orders and packing slips to match with invoices for issuance of check to vendors.
Update database
Responds to payment inquiries and processes associated correspondence. Acts as a liaison between departments and vendors.
Separate incoming mail, date stamp date received, scan to appropriate department and help with stamping outgoing mail
Filing into appropriate folder.
Open to training
Good computer skills
Work on site 100%
Flex hours - 8 : 00 - 4 : 00, 8 : 30 - 4 : 30, 9 : 00 -5 : 00

Qualifications
High School diploma.
Knowledge of computer programs, spreadsheets and applications.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
