Our Home Health Aide (HHA) is an essential member of the health care team who works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and performs various services for a client as necessary to meet the client’s plan of care and assist with activities of daily living.
The HHA is responsible for observing clients, reporting and documenting observations, and care functions performed. The HHA shall be assigned a suitable client with the main goal of promoting the quality, continuity, and safety of our clients based on your skill set.
