HIRING DENTAL HYGIENISTS

We are opening February 2024

We can hire NOW to work / train at a nearby location until construction is complete!

Full time hours with a Flexible schedule

Tentative schedule : 4-5 days a week one 10-7, one 7-4, two 8-5s and 1 half day Saturday a month but that is not a deal breaker.

Located @ 685 Cross water parkway, Suite APonte Vedra, Fl. 32081

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene OR equivalent experience of 1-2 years

  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene OR equivalent experience of 1-2 years
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office / Doctor / Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
