Empath Health is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (VP RCM) to be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle operations within all the Divisions of Empath-Stratum.
This role is critical to ensuring the efficient management of revenue cycle processes, from patient intake through to final payment, while maximizing revenue, improving cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Position Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry.
