Revenue Operations Specialist
Location : Redondo Beach, CA Onsite
Reports to : COO (subject to change)
Compensation : $60K base salary with potential for an additional $10K bonus
Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to support the optimization of our revenue processes.
This role will work cross-functionally to manage and improve workflows, ensure operational efficiency, and support the overall revenue strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the intake, triage, and management of RevOps requests using tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Zapier.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to roll out new sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and processes, proactively suggesting improvements and driving initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Support CRM-related tasks, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
- Analyze revenue data to uncover trends that will enhance sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Document processes and create guidelines for SOPs, workflows, and rules of engagement (ROE).
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM is preferred, but not required.
- Strong workflow management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics CRM).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in workflow optimization tools such as JIRA, Zapier, and Slack.
