Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Outpatient
Shift : Variable D / E / 8a-4 : 30p (3) & 10a-6 : 30p (2), 8x5, 40 hrs per week, No weekend or holidays. No Call.
Length : 13 weeks

Patient Ratio : 1 : 1
5x8 shift : Variable start time. Shifts : 3 shifts at 0800-1630 and 2 shifts at 1000-1830. Schedule will be provided in advance.
No weekend or holidays
No Call.

Productivity : staff expected to be booked a pt every half hour, eval counts as 2 pt
